Work that requires an electrical, plumbing, or HVAC license — including light fixtures, ceiling fans, and faucets — is not performed and is referred to a licensed professional.
- [Bee Hive Removal](https://nrzhomeservices.com/bee-hive-removal): Pesticide-free honey bee hive and swarm removal in San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. No poisons, insecticide dusts, or foams are used at any stage. The bees are removed without pesticides, reachable comb and honey is removed from the cavity, the entry point and nearby gaps are sealed to make re-infestation far less likely, and the opened wall, soffit, or roof is repaired and repainted by the same crew. Covers bees in walls, ceilings, chimneys, soffits, sheds, and trees, plus swarm capture, comb and honey cleanout, and bee-proofing. NRZ Home Services does not apply pesticides and does not perform extermination; where chemical treatment is the appropriate remedy, customers are directed to a licensed Texas structural pest control applicator. Relocation, re-homing, or placement of a colony with a beekeeper is not offered as a service, is not quoted, and is not a warranted outcome, and no guarantee is offered that a property will never attract bees again.
