Call (210) 907-7947 or use the contact form. Tell us what needs fixing and send a photo of each item if you can. A short list of related repairs is often more economical as a single visit than as separate calls.

Free estimate
Simple jobs can often be ballparked from photos. Anything quoted by phone or photo is preliminary, and larger or less clear-cut jobs are quoted in writing after we have seen them. The written estimate defines the scope of work.

Schedule the work
We book a day that suits you, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST, or Saturday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM CST. Scheduling depends on crew availability and weather for outdoor work.

Do the repair and clean up
We protect floors and furniture, do the work, and clean up the job site. If we uncover something unrelated to the job, such as rot, water damage, or wiring or plumbing in the way, we stop and talk to you before going further. Any extra work is quoted separately.

No. NRZ Home Services does not perform any work that requires an electrical, plumbing, or HVAC license. That includes light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets and switches, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and air conditioning. We will tell you when a job on your list needs a licensed electrician, plumber, or HVAC technician, and you can hire one directly.
How much does a handyman cost?
It depends on the job: how many items are on the list, the materials, access, and how much finish work is involved. We do not quote a flat rate sight unseen. Estimates are always free. Figures given by phone or from photos are preliminary, and larger jobs are quoted in writing before work begins.
Is any job too small?
Small jobs are welcome. If you have a few small repairs, grouping them into one visit is usually the most cost-effective way to get them done. Send us the list with photos and we will tell you honestly what we think. Sometimes that answer is that you can do it yourself.
Can you repair drywall and match the texture?
Yes. We patch nail pops, doorknob holes, cracks, and larger damaged sections, then match the existing wall texture and touch up the paint. On older, custom, or heavily weathered finishes an exact match is not always achievable, and we will tell you that before we start. Water-stained drywall usually points to a leak that should be found and fixed first.
Do you repair decks, fences, and gates?
Yes. We replace damaged deck boards and railings, re-secure loose fasteners, repair fence pickets, rails, and posts, re-hang sagging gates, and repair outdoor stairs. We can also pressure wash and stain the wood afterward.
