The Quick Bathroom Remodel™ from NRZ Home Services, LLC updates the surfaces that make a bathroom look dated: new paint, flooring, and baseboards, a refinished tub, new or repaired shower tile, a standard mirror cabinet, a shower curtain system, and LED bulbs, with an optional custom walk-in shower. New plumbing and electrical fixtures are installed by a licensed plumber or electrician you hire directly. Estimates are free.
What the Quick Bathroom Remodel™ includes
Pick the items your bathroom needs. Most bathrooms don’t need all of them, and we will tell you honestly which ones are worth doing.
New Paint
Walls, ceiling, trim, and door painted with a moisture- and mildew-resistant bathroom finish, with patching, caulking, and priming done first.
New Flooring
Old flooring removed and replaced with water-resistant flooring such as luxury vinyl plank or tile, finished neatly at the tub, vanity, and door.
Standard Mirror Cabinet
A new standard bathroom mirror (medicine) cabinet, mounted level and anchored securely. Lighted or wired cabinets need a licensed electrician.
LED Light Bulbs
Fresh, energy-efficient LED bulbs in every fixture, in the color temperature you choose.
New Baseboards
Water-damaged or dated baseboards replaced, caulked, and painted to match the room.
Tub Refinishing
A worn, stained, or dated tub cleaned, repaired, and refinished in place, so you avoid tearing out and replacing it.
Shower Curtain System
A new curtain rod or curved rod, rings, liner, and curtain, installed securely into solid backing.
New or Repaired Shower Tile
Cracked, loose, or missing tiles replaced and regrouted, or a full shower tile surround installed new.
Custom Walk-In Shower (Option)
An optional upgrade: a tub-to-shower conversion or custom tiled walk-in shower, quoted separately after a site visit. Any valve, drain, or supply-line changes are done by a licensed plumber.

Plumbing & electrical fixtures: hire a licensed pro
A full bathroom update usually includes new fixtures, but in Texas these items need a licensed tradesperson. NRZ Home Services does not perform them. You hire a licensed plumber or electrician directly, and we coordinate our schedule with theirs so everything goes in the right order.

Free on-site estimate
We look at the bathroom in person, check for water damage or soft spots, and give you a written estimate that defines the scope of work. We do not quote a remodel sight unseen.

Line up the licensed trades
If your remodel includes new plumbing or electrical fixtures, you hire a licensed plumber and/or electrician directly. We share our schedule so their work fits in at the right point in the job.

Remodel and clean up
We protect the rest of the house, do the work in a sensible order (tile, tub, and paint before flooring and trim), and clean up the job site. If we uncover rot, mold, or water damage, we stop and talk to you before going further. Any extra work is quoted separately.

NRZ Home Services performs new paint, new flooring, new baseboards, a new standard mirror cabinet, new LED light bulbs, tub refinishing, a new shower curtain system, and new or repaired shower tile, with a custom walk-in shower available as an option. You choose the items you want. New sink fixtures, toilets, shower fixtures, light fixtures, and ceiling fans are part of the overall remodel but must be installed by a licensed plumber or electrician that you hire directly.
Do you install toilets, faucets, shower valves, light fixtures, or ceiling fans?
No. NRZ Home Services does not perform any work that requires a plumbing or electrical license, including toilets, sink faucets, shower valves and fixtures, light fixtures, and ceiling or exhaust fans. For those items you hire a licensed plumber or electrician directly. We coordinate our schedule with theirs so the remodel goes in the right order.
How much does a quick bathroom remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the bathroom, which package items you choose, the materials, and the condition of what is behind the old finishes. We do not quote a flat price sight unseen. The Quick Bathroom Remodel™ price estimator on this page builds a rough planning budget item by item, with materials and labor shown separately, from your bathroom size and material choices. Estimates are always free, and remodels are quoted in writing after an on-site visit. Licensed plumbing and electrical work is billed separately by the professional you hire.
Can you refinish my bathtub instead of replacing it?
Yes, in most cases. Tub refinishing cleans, repairs, and recoats the existing tub in place, which avoids tearing out tile and plumbing. It suits tubs that are structurally sound but worn, stained, or an outdated color. A tub that is cracked through, leaking, or flexing usually needs to be replaced instead, and we will tell you that at the estimate.
Can you convert a tub to a custom walk-in shower?
Yes, as an optional upgrade. We handle the demolition, shower pan or base, waterproofing, and tile for a custom walk-in shower. Moving or replacing the shower valve, drain, or supply lines must be done by a licensed plumber you hire. Walk-in showers are quoted separately after a site visit.
Do you repair shower tile or only install new tile?
Both. We replace cracked, loose, or missing tiles and regrout and re-caulk the shower, or install a new tile surround. Loose or hollow-sounding tiles often mean water has reached the backer board, so we check for that before patching over it.
